ListingMap

What's new

Changes to the ListingMap browser extension, newest first.

0.9.0, September 2026

A new Reveal button turns a Rightmove listing into one clear page: photos, the floorplan, the real monthly cost and a map.

  • Reveal lays out a Rightmove listing on one page in a click: big photos up front, the floorplan and EPC a tap away, and every fact in one list.
  • It works out what a rental costs a month with bills, and you can add your commute and your own bills to the total.
  • Getting around shows your commute stop by stop. The safety section ranks recorded crime against 50 London areas, next to what locals say about the area.
  • Request a viewing opens the agent's form with your message already written in.
  • A Reveal button floats over the listing and sits on every result card, and the popup has a new Open listings in Reveal switch.

0.8.5, September 2026

The overlay bar wears the ListingMap logo

  • The bar above the map used to show a pin next to the name. It now shows the ListingMap logo itself, the same one on the website and the toolbar icon.

0.8.4, September 2026

The buttons now match the logo

  • Every control ListingMap adds to a page (Nearby, Hide, the cost badge, the map bar) is black with the gold pin, like the logo, instead of blue.
  • The button on a listing page reads Nearby, with the pin, instead of View on My Map.

0.8.3, September 2026

Signing in from the sidebar now sticks

  • The account could get wiped when the next listing opened, which put the sign-in wall back up for people who had already signed in. Fixed.
  • If the account still does not reach the sidebar, the panel says so and offers the full app instead of waiting forever.

0.8.2, September 2026

The homes you checked today, side by side, from the panel

  • After the third home of the day a chip offers the list: address, minutes to work, monthly cost and safety band, sorted by commute.
  • Ten homes signed out, then a free account is needed to see more. The count carries across the sidebar and the full app.
